The Ryback nickname came when following his illustrious army career he became rebellious and grew his hair into a ponytail and bore an uncanny resemblance to the Hollywood actor Steven Segal who played the Ryback character in many movies.
He was also our merchandise manager who would sell the CD’s and photos after the show and he often played his part in navigating us to the next town.....often getting us lost along the way.
So far as acoustics are concerened, Rick has the craft at his fingertips, he has learned the art of preventing feedback and there isn’t a single person around who knows the Apache sound like he does, he is as much a part of Apache as we are.
So after all these nice comments Rick....can I please have some more foldback....!!!
